Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to all iOS applications published by Canific Labs ("we", "us", "our", or collectively "the Apps"). It describes how our Apps handle information when you use them on your iOS device. We design every Canific Labs App to be simple and private: you are never asked to register, sign in, or provide any personal information to play.

By downloading or using any Canific Labs App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

None. Our Apps do not request your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or any other personal information. There are no accounts, logins, or profiles.

Information stored on your device only

Our Apps store a small amount of gameplay data locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults API. This data never leaves your device and is not synced, uploaded, or shared. It includes:

• Your high score
• The total number of games you have played
• Your sound on/off preference

This data is automatically removed when you delete an App from your device.

Information collected by third-party advertising partners

Our Apps display advertisements served by Google AdMob. Through AdMob, Google may collect and process information such as:

• Device identifiers (including Apple's Advertising Identifier, IDFA, when you grant permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt)
• Device model, operating system version, and language
• Approximate location derived from IP address
• Ad interaction events (impressions, clicks)

Google uses this information to serve and measure advertisements, prevent fraud, and improve ad relevance. Google's use of data is governed by its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. More details specific to AdMob are available at support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543.

If you do not grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt, the Apps will still show ads, but they will be non-personalized.

Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS 14.5 and later, our Apps present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt the first time you open it. You can choose:

• Allow — advertising partners may use your IDFA to deliver personalized ads.
• Ask App Not to Track — advertising partners will not receive your IDFA; ads will be non-personalized.

You can change this preference at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.

SKAdNetwork

Our Apps support Apple's SKAdNetwork framework, which enables advertisers to measure the performance of ad campaigns in a privacy-preserving way. SKAdNetwork is operated by Apple and does not share your Advertising Identifier with advertisers. More information is available at developer.apple.com/documentation/storekit/skadnetwork.

App Review Prompts

Our Apps may occasionally display Apple's standard in-app review prompt (SKStoreReviewController) asking whether you would like to rate the App on the App Store. This prompt is presented and handled entirely by iOS; no information is transmitted by the App itself when you respond to it.

Children's Privacy

Our Apps do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Our Apps are suitable for a general audience and do not include chat, social features, or user-generated content. Parents and guardians can use iOS Screen Time and Family Sharing settings to manage use of our Apps.

Your Choices

• Limit ad tracking: Deny the ATT prompt or change the setting at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Reset your advertising identifier: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Allow Apps to Request to Track.
• Delete local data: Uninstall the App from your device. All locally stored gameplay data for that App will be deleted by iOS.

Data Retention

Each App retains local gameplay data only for as long as that App is installed on your device. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own retention policies; see the Google Privacy Policy linked above.

International Users

Our Apps are made available globally through the Apple App Store. Because Google AdMob is a Google service, any information processed through AdMob may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Google provides safeguards for such transfers under applicable data protection laws.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you within the Apps. Your continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
